How you can have access to our APP

- Step 1:

You have to receive the Registration link by SMS or email. In order to have access to our App and contact with us for any request you need to be register in our system. Click here for register

- Step 2:

As soon as you submit your registration , you will see the notification to confirm your email address , so you need to go to your email and confirm it with us , in order to submit your email in our system.

Step 3:

After you registered , you can  login by default to your account and also you go to ADD TICKET,MY AREA from homepage and have access to our App to create Ticket or contact us as you wish with these DATA :

- User : your emails address (default)

- Password : Your telephone number + 357 (default) 

Click here to login

Now you have access to your account to chat with our smart BOT , create ticket or any kind of requests.

How you can create the ticket.

- Step 1 , Contact Details :

If you wish to create ticket for your self as we explain on top you can Chat with our BOT or Use WhatsApp . If You need to fill the form as behalf of some one else or another company you can go to Behalf Ticket and follow the details below, please take a look to the attached , that if you create the ticket for your own issues or you are behalf of one company , also we have this option that you as person create the ticket for some one else which is not under company . You need to click each box by the ticket needs.

- Step 2 Ticket Details:

We need to have specific details from ticket to know exactly where is located or belongs to which project, if you make behalf of someone else ,It’s so important for us to have the exact details to avoid any problem.

- Step 3 Ticket Subject:

At the last step we need to know exact problem and issues , so we give you the option to specify the problems for us in order to send your ticket in the correct department, also you have this option to send us the picture which help our technician to be prepare ,and then submit the ticket.

- Step 4 Available booking slot:

We let you this option to choose appropriate date and time for technician visit. You need to choose the correct System in order to let the correct department to follow your request.

My Area : 

As you registered and have access to login , you can also check your portal online about your all tickets that you created or wish to create . you can also comment below of your tickets for our department and follow up your requests online in the same time.(Note ,your user and pass is the same as you registered.)

Final step :

​Our Department will receive your ticket ,and assign to relate department , client will receive all update ticket through email, SMS. Also we will communicate through WhatsApp with our client for extra matters and needs.
